4. Items sold are non-refundable.
5. Please check production of personalized item carefully. No alternation and no refund/return once the order is confirmed.

Should the product be found non-artificial damage, exchange of product in the original and saleable condition (item remains unworn, unwashed, unaltered or otherwise unused with its original packaging) may be arranged provided that guests provide the product photo and the redemption receipt through e-mail to cs@idragonworld.com within 7 days upon product receipt. I-Dragon World reserves the right to accept the exchange of product on such terms that it may determine at its sole discretion.
7. Some of the products’ pickup date will be delayed as delivery service and supplier holiday. We are sorry any inconveniences caused.
