Order

Q1. How to purchase items?

A: Click “Add to Cart” button that under your favorite item, and it will appear in the shopping cart at the top right of the page.

Q2. How to add/delete items in the shopping cart?

A: Click “View Shopping Cart” at the top right of the page, you can add/delete items in the quantity column.

Payment

Q1. How to checkout?

A: Click “Go to checkout” in the shopping cart, then fill in the contact information and select the payment method. You can check out afterwards.

Q2. What payment methods do you accept ?

A: We use Stripe to process all payment. It accepts the following payment methods:

  • WeChat Pay
  • MasterCard
  • VISA

Q3. How to calculate the delivery cost?

Q3. When will the ordered package be received?

A: If all ordered items are in stock, the customer will also complete the order before 4 pm, local delivery will take about 3-5 working days.
